Our favourite hotel in Varna, staff was loyal! The indoor pool was a bonus for relaxing.

The hotel enjoys a good central location near both The Sea Gardens and Varna centre, both a few minutes walk away.
Room were unbelievably hot, air conditioning was poor and slept with the window open.

I had a very pleasant 6 day stay at your hotel... absolutely excellent until the last night of my stay ... a guest occupied the room adjacent and I could clearly hear the TV and conversation coming from there.
as above .... did'nt like having to listen to the noise from next room..

Everything! Excellant food in restaraunt. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the city( only 10 min walk to centre.) Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Excellent location and view over the city park and the sea (I had expressly requested sea view with my booking). Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very modest breakfast. Lower floors are not recommended for the noise from the boulevard passing in front of the hotel and for the noisy weddings in the restaurants on Saturday and Sunday nights.

The room was very spacious, cool in the heat and clean. Internet connection was good, the service was ok. Walking to the beach was nice, across the sea side park, which is fantastic. Downtown restaurants were in walking distance.
The place is a bit strange: built pretentiously, but maintained as a second rate hotel - from the rubbery breakfast and bad coffee to the toilet paper of poor quality. But over all it's ok.

luxury room, nice hotel staff, good location for fun in the city of Varna, good food, free internet and parking (also underground)
same breakfast for 6 days, SPA center was not finished, underground parking must always be opened by the bell boy, hotel is a little bit far from the beach so is better to go by car

The reception staff is very nice, the room was very large with beautiful view. The location is fine.
The breakfast was poor-same things every day . The hamburger from the room service was black and after the reprimand was not taken away and money were never returned.

Hotel in nicely located very close to downtown and oposite side of the Black sea and sea garden in Varna . Staff is polite and helpful . Rooms are very large and comfortably equiped.
Did not have time to check what kind of facilities this five star hotel is offering but judging from the grade should be many of them .
